Cynthia Beyersdorff is specialized in the field of newborn and baby Craniosacral Therapy. Before coming to Vermont, Cynthia specialized in baby Osteopathy in her full-time clinic in Munich Germany which has been serving children and babies for over 15 years. After completing a 5-year general study course in Osteopathy at the Munich Institue of Osteopathy, she graduated from a two-year post-graduate program in pediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Academy of Munich, Germany. Cynthia has also done numerous post-graduate courses in pediatric, Biodynamic Osteopathy under her mentor Dr. James S. Jealous D.O. in Ashland, Oregon.

Experience Treating Premature and Full-term Babies with Gentle Techniques

Cynthia has treated countless premature babies and helped them overcome the trauma involved with an incubator and CPAP ventiliation. She treats babies with neck and head injury due to the birthing process which can lead to asymmetry in the face and head. She helps babies who suffer from colic and vomitting due to vagal nerve irritation. She also uses gentle techniques to help with teething pain, sleeping problems and nursing issues. She also evaluates the milestones which a baby needs to reach and assists when there is developmental delay.
